Shipping

Items will be delivered to the address specified in the order form and will be delivered with a paper invoice for your purchase.
All items presented are made in the traditional way and a difference of shades of color, form or size are possible. We try to photograph the items they are as close to reality, but small differences are possible.


All orders placed before 10:00am Monday to Friday(french time) and paid by credit card will be sent the day .All orders placed after 10:00am(french time) will be processed the next day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
The paid orders are shipped within 4 to 10 working days,it depends of the country.
Orders are shipped by the provider the Post.


We offer 3 ways of shipping for small items by letter followed, knowing that for the letter followed, no insurance will be offered, so we will not be liable for any loss or damage of the package.

By registered letter for small objects with adequate insurance according to the value of the article.

by colissimo with adequate insurance according to the value of the article.

Orders are sent in packages allowing them to withstand transport, but once the order given to the provider la Poste we are no more responsible for loss or damage.
The delays in mail is followed by 3/10 days on average provided by the Post Office.
Delays in colissimo is 3/10 working days, provided by la poste, we are not responsible for delays, see the customer service post.
For you to benefit from the insurance the package must be damaged or lost by la poste.
The items must be returned to the seller in perfect condition for resale in their original condition and accompanied by the invoice for the purchase. (We are not responsible for lost or stolen during the shipment).
